This started as a simple 1960’s brick veneer standard single storey three bedroom home.
All internal linings were removed, the roof was removed and some of the bricks were removed.
A second storey was added to give three large bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two separate living areas, a larger kitchen and dining area and full insulation. The entry was reconfigured to suit the orientation of the house to the street.
Only one internal wall remained!
