Seatoun Heights Additions
This was a complex two storey addition to marry into an existing dwelling. New Matai floors and double-glazed timber joinery with new insulation makes this a warm and light extension of the family living areas. New west facing decks enhance the liveability and appeal of the new areas. -
Albert Street Garage/Studio Conversion
Here we converted an old split level double garage to a new, modern, light & vibrant self-contained studio with polished concrete floors and Macrocarpa joinery and trim. -
Complete rebuild – Bristol Street
The original house was of kitset construction consisting of a steel frame and truss roof with an asbestos/cork sandwich panel cladding. The original asbestos roof was showing strong signs of decay. Not long after the original construction mid 60’s, a brick veneer was added... -
Residential Redevelopment Buckley Road
This started as a simple 1960’s brick veneer standard single storey three bedroom home. All internal linings were removed, the roof was removed and some of the bricks were removed. A second storey was added to give three large bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms... -
